About the Founder

Kenandei “Kapara” Tjivikua

At the helm of the firm is a Founder and Principal Consultant whose career reflects a rare intersection of executive leadership, public policy insight, and institutional governance across Africa’s financial and social development landscape.

With extensive experience spanning banking, investments, insurance, social security, public administration, and higher education, he brings a systems-thinking approach to complex institutional and socio-economic challenges. His work is anchored in strengthening governance frameworks, advancing ESG integration, enhancing regulatory compliance, and embedding enterprise risk management within organizational strategy.

Over the course of his career, he has led and advised on high-level national and institutional assignments, supporting governments, development partners, regulators, and private sector entities in designing sustainable corporate strategies, reforming social protection systems, and addressing structural issues within the informal economy. His advisory work frequently bridges policy design and implementation — ensuring that strategic frameworks translate into measurable development outcomes.

He has served as a Board Director and Trustee across multiple institutions, contributing to oversight, fiduciary governance, and strategic direction at the highest levels. In parallel, his academic engagement as a university lecturer reflects a commitment to knowledge development, leadership cultivation, and evidence-based policymaking.
